Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

Ship the Package

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
